The private practice of Alyssa Mandel, an LCSW for over 16 years who studied at Columbia University, Mandel offers a bio-social-spiritual approach with treatment strategies customized to the specific needs and goals of the individual. While Mandel does primarily offer outpatient evidence-based, psychodynamic and experiential therapies, medication management and the 12-step recovery model are not components of the programming.
