Treatment and Staff
Spring Hill offers patients the option to step down from the residential program and continue to receive care in a day program with the possibility of residing on the Spring Hill campus. The day program is designed to provide ongoing support and treatment while allowing patients more independence as they prepare to transition to an aftercare option locally or near home. Urinalysis and attendance at self-help groups is mandatory.
Therapy utilizes evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Groups cover interpersonal skills, coping skills, grief and loss, spirituality, relapse prevention, self-esteem, co-dependency, relationships and healthy boundaries and anger management. Psychoeducation classes are also offered.
Extras
Family therapy sessions are included to encourage the rebuilding of strained relationships.
