The Basics

Sober Living of AZ  is an Arizona based network that provides highly structured transitional living options for men and women who are in the early stages of recovery. The homes are gender-specific and offer resources for both addiction and co-occurring disorders. There are two separate programs: one geared towards young adults up to the age of 35 and one referred to as the executive adult program for those who are 35 and older. Sober Living of AZ specializes in relapse prevention along with 12-step support and holistic approaches.

Accommodations and Amenities

The modern, upscale homes where clients reside during their stay boast comfortable and spacious quarters. The men’s and women’s homes are spread out throughout the state with locations in Sedona, Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. All of the facilities are situated in private and quiet neighborhoods, and can accommodate between six and nine clients per home. Clients share bedrooms that were usually double occupancy, but in some cases if the rooms were larger than it could fit up to three, with some en suite bathrooms. Common areas included large living rooms with flat screen TVs with cable, a game room and vast backyard space with sparkling pools.

All meals are prepared and served by an on-site chef made with the healthiest ingredients. Meals are served family style, though some changes can be accommodated depending on any dietary restrictions.
