Located 75 miles west of Little Rock, Arkansas in the city of Russellville, Restored Life Services is a non-profit outpatient facility that specializes in treating alcohol and substance use disorders. Founded in 2016, it provides comprehensive individual, group and family counseling.
Treatment and Staff
Before beginning treatment, clients go through an extensive screening that includes medical and psychological assessments as well as a complete overview of substance use. From there, the team determines the best care strategy. They customize it to address the specific needs and goals of the person. Upon completion clients begin the outpatient program.
While the length of treatment varies, typically it’s 10 weeks. Clients generally participate in individual therapy on a weekly basis for one hour. Group therapy is available four times per week. Flexible scheduling for group therapy enables clients to receive consistent therapy without having to take time away from work or school obligations.
The facility offers family counseling sessions that help to educate families on addiction, open lines of communication, establish healthy boundaries and nurture positive change. Additionally, clients work with a case manager to establish a personalized support plan. The case managers usually connect individuals with an array of resources and support. The facility performs seasonal follow up with individuals that have completed the outpatient program. To this end, they help clients feel supported and help to prevent relapse.
It’s worth mentioning, the facility does not provide residential care or detox. When necessary, the staff can make the proper referrals to trusted partners. Finally, 12-step meetings certainly aren’t discouraged, but they are not facilitated on site.
The staff is comprised of a strong team of Master’s-level addiction specialists and counselors. Without a physician or psychiatrist on staff, medication management is not available for individuals with co-occurring disorders.

There are comprehensive counseling services available for adolescents struggling with substance use disorders. The facility also provides license reinstatement courses for individuals with a DWI or DOT.
