Cheap rehabs coral springs floridaThe Basics

Rehab Nexus is an outpatient substance abuse rehab facility located between West Palm Beach and Miami in beautiful Coral Springs, Florida. It offers several choices for treatment including a Day/Night Treatment Program, which is similar to a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), as well as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), a standard outpatient treatment program and placement in a local sober living house.

Treatment and Staff

Rehab Nexus offers individualized treatment programs for every client. The typical recommended length of care is 90 to 120 days but the specific details of each plan varies. Day/Night Treatment is the most intensive phase, which combines off-site sober living and a minimum of five hours of treatment a day, five days a week. Clients are accountable for daily chores, house meetings and breathalyzers and are subject to random drugs tests. Programming at the clinical facility includes multiple group sessions a day, at least one individual session a week and required AA/NA meetings. There are groups that are specifically dedicated to clients who require trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders that can include medication management if needed. Rehab Nexus doesn’t offer a detox program but clients in need a higher level of care can be referred to local residential facilities.

After a period of 30 days, clients usually step down to the IOP, which meets three to five times a week for three hours of group. This program has been designed to promote the transition from treatment to a successful life in society. With this in mind, clients are provided with assistance in job searching, developing interview skills and applying for school. The outpatient program serves as the final phase of treatment. Typically, outpatient clients attend group once a week and one individual session. Therapy methods in all programs include psychoeducationCBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and holistic approaches like exercise and nutritional counseling.

The staff is made up of Master’s-level therapists whose credentials include CADC and LCSW as well as a consulting medical doctor and RN.

Extras

All clients are provided with healthy meals at the facility, transportation to and from their sober living homes, 12-step meetings and the gym. Rehab Nexus holds monthly alumni groups to give former clients a chance to catch up with one another and offer ongoing support.

In Summary

Rehab Nexus offers plenty of choices for treatment and a good mix of evidence-based care and peer support. This is an excellent choice for those seeking structured outpatient care in South Florida.
