Clients engage in weekly individual and group sessions with expert therapists trained in CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Psychoeducation courses focus on important issues such as the disease of addiction, stress and anger management as well as coping strategies that help to prevent relapse.
The Quality Living team is made up of addiction specialists, therapists and case managers. Medication management is available for individuals in need of dual diagnosis support.
