In addition, Day utilizes CBT, DBT and EMDR in therapy, and clients learn holistic methods like mindfulness meditation as effective coping strategies for relapse prevention.
Day is a PhD level psychologist as well as a registered nurse. While Day is also a registered nurse, the Meier Clinic cannot provide medication management for clients with co-occurring disorders in need of dual diagnosis support.
