Programming also integrates holistic and alternative methods including psychodrama, art therapy, yoga, mindfulness training, psychoeducation, meditation, dance and music therapy. Programs also include nutritional counseling and supervised meals along with cooking lessons. Family therapy is also available as are special programs for adolescents and adults. While 12-step participation is not necessarily required, it may be encouraged in some cases. Basic dual diagnosis support for issues such as depression and anxiety is also available.
The staff at Eating Disorders Treatment Center, LLC consists of LPCs, Certified Eating Disorder Specialists (CEDS), psychiatrists, doctors, dietitians, nutritionists and additional Master’s-level clinicians.

Those who complete one of the above programs can also work with staff members to develop step-down aftercare plans as necessary.
