Individuals also participate in regular individual and group therapy rooted in CBT, DBT and EMDR to treat trauma as a causal component of current conditions.
The facility stresses educating clients about the disease of addiction, and offers a structured and fulfilling sober life as the solution to prevent relapse. Consequently, 4D incorporates holistic methods like yoga, mindfulness meditation and therapeutic writing.
The multidisciplinary staff is comprised of licensed therapists, recovery specialists, clinicians and a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Medication management is available.
