Located in the upscale Rozelle suburb of Sydney, Australia, We Help Ourselves (WHOS) is a residential treatment facility for men struggling with alcohol and substance use disorders. The facility places a premium on the importance of physical wellness. Consequently, residents participate in a structured exercise regimen. It includes hiking, swimming, volleyball and sessions with a physical trainer. In addition, residents enjoy yoga, Tai chi and a mindfulness meditation practice.
