The Basics

Treatment and Staff

Kahn is also trained in the evidence-based practice of Motivational Interviewing (MI) as well as EMDR. Clients are encouraged to focus on understanding the mind-body connection as it relates to addiction and trauma. While 12-step participation is not strictly required, Kahn encourages clients to attend self-help programs. Arlene Kahn is a LCSW, LMFT and CADC.
Extras
Additional services include couples and family therapy, as well as treatment for clients with eating disorders. Once the initial treatment plan has been completed, clients can continue therapy at a stepped-down rate as a form of aftercare.
