Las Vegas based Vogue Recovery Center provides a variety of chemical dependency and co-occurring disorder treatment services include detox, inpatient and outpatient tracks. Outpatient clients are offered both a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in addition to a step down standard outpatient track. Clients also have the option of residing at the luxury sober living residence during their time in the outpatient program. Programming provides structured therapy, 12-step support and aftercare preparation in a stand alone facility with a calming and caring vibe.
Treatment and Staff
The Vogue treatment model is based on a phase system that typically begins with clients in the residential program that lasts for four weeks. After that, there is an outpatient option that can last between two and eight weeks. After six weeks, usually four weeks in inpatient and two week in outpatient, clients who want to return home can do so and be considered graduated from Vogue. Those who prefer to stay can participate in phase two and three in the outpatient tracks, which consist of highly structured group and individual therapy and medication management. The PHP is a full day program lasting up to six hours, five days a week, and the IOP steps down to about three hours per day, three times per week.
Treatment is a combination of evidence-based approaches, holistic methods, and AA or NA. Therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR, hypnotherapy, music and art therapy, neurofeedback and nutrition. Clients learn how to avoid relapse, manage any anger or shame emotions and pick up new valuable life skills.
The treatment team is comprised of Master’s and Doctoral level clinicians (who are CADCs), LCSWs, nursing staff, physicians, and mental health techs.
The two story estate style home where sober living clients stay is set in a private and quiet residential neighborhood far from the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip. Up to 10 clients can live at the facility and share bedrooms with one other client. There are several bathrooms throughout the house that are also shared. Common areas include a living room with plush couches and easy chair that surround a stone fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. There is a game hall, new kitchen and formal dining room. The backyard is spacious with a swimming pool, fire pit and table tennis table on the covered patio.
During the PHP phase clients are in treatment full time so food is provided for them. As the programming steps down clients are encouraged to get jobs and be more independant, and can buy and prepare their own meals.
There are family and couples counseling services offered during all stages of treatment at Vogue. There are also case management services for clients who need assistance with legal or housing placement or help with any financial issues.
The comprehensive outpatient programs at Vogue Recovery Center emphasize health, both physical and mental, through thorough practices and structured counseling. Clients leave treatment feeling empowered with a continued plan in their recovery. The added resource of a safe, comfortable sober living where clients have the option to reside during treatment is another reason to consider getting help through the Vogue network.
