Accommodations and Food
The Twin Town facility has a total of 50 beds in dorm-style rooms, which clients share with one to two other residents. Each comes with basic amenities including dressers and shared closet space. All meals are included and are served in the facility’s cafeteria.
Treatment and Staff
After an initial intake assessment, clients work with staff members to develop an individualized treatment plan, consisting of individual and group therapy that employs both evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the 12 steps. Using the Health Realization model of recovery, groups address anger management, addiction and health education, living and coping skills and relapse prevention. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone is available, as is medication management for psychiatric prescriptions. Though lengths of stay are flexible, treatment usually lasts for 30 days.
The staff of Twin Town consists of psychiatrists, LADCs and CSWs, as well as a licensed nursing staff that is available 24-hours a day.

Additional services include standalone anger management groups, chemical health assessments and aftercare plans in the form of outpatient treatment.

Using a combination of evidence-based practices and 12-step philosophies, clients are provided a safe and structured environment to begin their recovery.
