In general, outpatient care includes both individual and group therapy sessions rooted in evidence-based care practices including CBT, DBT and EMDR along with dual diagnosis support and medication management whenever necessary. Other groups include Somatic Experiencing and may also cover family systems, mindfulness training, coping skills, nutrition, yoga and meditation. While cross-addiction is covered in some group sessions, 12-step participation is not strictly required.

Transportation services are also provided between the living quarters and therapy. Additionally, therapy programs also include a slew of additional holistic and experiential activities which may include equine therapy, art therapy, beach yoga and cooking lessons. Special support is also provided for LGBTQ clientele. Finally, those who complete a program can work with staff to develop discharge and aftercare plans.
