Joint Commission-accredited, The Willough at Naples has a medical detox and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), as well as an upscale residential plan. The Willough at Naples utilizes a multifaceted treatment model that includes medication management as well as an array of medical services for clients with co-occurring mental illnesses. The 12-step recovery model is not a component of the programming.
Treatment and Staff
PHP is ideal for clients that require a consistent therapeutic structure but cannot commit to a residential program. It’s also designed for people transitioning back into regular life from inpatient care. With therapy scheduled a few hours a day, five days a week, PHP allows clients to receive intensive therapy without spending nights in the facility. The length of treatment varies from two weeks to three months depending on both the needs of the client and the insurance. Before beginning treatment, Willough at Naples conducts a comprehensive assessment of the client that includes physical, social and emotional components. Based off the results, a personalized treatment plan is tailored to address the individual’s unique needs, goals and situation. When necessary, clients transition immediately into detox with around the clock supervision and medication to mitigate uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms. Upon completion, clients transfer into either the residential program or PHP.
The Willough at Naples incorporates a number of medical and therapeutic methods into each individualized treatment plan. In addition to cognitive screenings and neuro-psychological tests, the facility offers individual, group and family therapy as well as psychoeducation and relapse prevention. Clients participate in stress and anxiety management classes, weekly individual therapy and daily group sessions.
The Willough at Naples team is made up of psychiatrists, social workers, MD’s, therapists and nurses. Medication management is available for clients with co-occurring mental and physical conditions.
