Located in the coastal resort city of Antalya, Turkey, The LifeCo is a world-class luxury treatment resort that specializes in individualized detoxification programs for elite clientele. Situated along the “Turquoise Coast,” the facility offers top of the line accommodations and a holistic mind-body approach to care with individualized treatments rooted in natural therapies, nutrition and a serene atmosphere. Accommodations and Food

The detoxification programs are largely nutrition-based and the diet is regimented. Clients on the master detox plan have herbs and wheatgrass juice, several shakes, leafy greens and himalayan salt.
Treatment and Staff
Upon arrival, clients are presented with all of the various therapeutic options and, together with the detox program team, determine the most effective effective program to meet their needs. As each individual’s treatment is tailored to them, The LifeCo also allows clients to adjust their program up until their last day in detox. While the duration of detox varies on a case by case basis, clients typically stay between four and 10 days.
The facility offers a mind-body cleansing and “lifestyle makeover” through comprehensive nutrition and complementary natural therapies. The LifeCo offers both normal and intensive versions of three different liquid-based detox packages: a master detox, a green detox and a green salad detox. All detox packages include live blood analyses, turkish scrubs, foot massages, massage therapies and electro lymphatic therapy to stimulate the draining of the lymphatic system. The packages also include colon hydrotherapy, a wheatgrass enema, facial treatments, an immunity cocktail, sodium inhaler therapy as well as ozone therapy to increase the body’s oxygen. Clients that partake in the intensive programs also have a kolon hidro terapi and an ozone sauna that synchronizes the detoxification effects of both ozone and sauna therapy. Each program also includes physical activities like daily beach walks, swimming, yoga and meditation.
