The PHP is five days a week, seven hours a day, while the IOP is four days a week for three hours per day. In both cases, clients experience exposure therapy in a group setting, receive experiential therapy, medication management and monitoring, and therapeutic meals. The team curates an individualized plan for each client upon entry into the program and clients meet with their therapist as frequently as needed throughout their treatment.
Programming includes CBT, DBT, and for the adolescent clients, Family Systems Therapy.
