Searidge Foundation Review
Located on the beautiful Bay of Fundy about 300 miles northeast of Portland, Maine, Searidge Foundation of Nova Scotia, Canada, is a residential substance abuse treatment facility for men and women. Accommodations and Food
Searidge is located in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley, known for it’s lush greenery and coastal views. The grounds feature a peaceful nature path and meditative tee-pee near the rustic sitting area. The food is locally sourced from a nearby farm, and the on site chef offers several choices on a daily basic that adhere to the clients personal dietary requests and limitations. The menus, which sometimes include lobster or scallops caught off the coast the very same day, are designed by a nutritionist to provide the finest and healthiest meal options for every client.
Treatment and Staff
Searidge offers several treatment options, including a medically supervised detox that, depending on the substance, can last up to 10 days.
