In order to remain at the home, residents must pass random alcohol and drug screenings that the house manager administers on a bi-weekly basis. In addition, all clients must either be employed, in school or participating in an outpatient program.

Finally, the home encourages residents nearing the end of their stay to pair with a local mentor in the community.
