is a drug and alcohol treatment facility in Riverside, California. As a contracted provider for Riverside County’s Family Preservation Court, its year-long programs treat court-ordered clients with the aim of helping addicted parents recover and create safer homes for their families. The facility is one of many subsidiaries of , an expansive California-based behavioral health organization founded in 1978.
Treatment and Staff
Clients are eligible for treatment as long as they have been referred from drug court and are parents and/or families who have been assessed by Children’s Services to be at-risk or have at-risk children up to the age of 18. Those who qualify begin evidence-based modalities such as short-term solution focused therapy, andplans that combine and covers topics such as anger management, domestic violence, life skills, early recovery, emotional processing, healthy relationships, . Clients are also required to complete an adjoining 12-week Nurturing Families program that consists of in-depth parenting classes. Staff utilize
Staff consists ofs, case managers and Master’s-level counselors.
Additional services include voluntary HIV/AIDS testing, referrals to Planned Parenthood and further support for extended family members as necessary.
