Right Path House is in a lovely, white-paneled house located minutes from the beach. Surrounded by scenic natural landscaping, the house accommodates eight residents at a time. Clients enjoy an atmosphere that is at once communal and private. While four residents share a bedroom with a peer, there are four private rooms open for an extra fee.
Right Path House is home to two therapeutic pets; a chocolate lab named Cole and a cat named Pokie. Under certain conditions, the facility permits residents to have pets. Clients also enjoy spend time at a nearby goat farm and a horse club.
Right Path House places a premium on peer support. To this end, it divides chores among the clients, with a different resident preparing the meal each night.
Rules and Restrictions
Before beginning at Right Path House, clients go through an intake interview over the phone. Right Path House encourages clients to exercise frequently and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Individuals enjoy softball, kayaking, hiking, paintball and a ropes course. Residents also go on group outings to movies, the theater and museums. The facility is close to a number of universities. Many clients attend classes or get a job. The facility conducts regular and random drug testing
