Treatment and Staff
A stay at Revive Detox usually lasts seven to 14 days, depending on the substances the client has used. Clients are evaluated by a psychiatrist who refers those in need of dual diagnosis support to daily therapy that addresses co-occurring disorders and relapse prevention, using CBT. All clients are also encouraged to attend daily AA/NA meetings, which are held on site. Specialized groups are also available for clients ending opiate addiction and those who suffer from PTSD.
In addition to the psychiatric staff, the treatment team includes physicians, nurses, CADCs and Master’s-level therapists including MFTs and MSWs.
Extras
Families can coordinate visits with the approval of the treatment team. As they near the completion of detox, clients are assisted in developing on ongoing recovery plan. Referrals are provided for nearby inpatient rehab programs.
