Situated 60 miles northeast of Orlando in the coastal city of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Reform Recovery is a boutique treatment facility that specializes in the care of clients struggling with alcohol and substance use disorders. Treatment and Staff
Clients entering treatment undergo an assessment to help the Reform team determine the most effective IOP program tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual. Reform Recovery’s IOP is perfect for clients transitioning out of a residential program or for those that require consistent, structured therapy but do not need around-the-clock supervision. In addition, many clients enter IOP because they cannot take the time off from work or school to enter longer programs.
Treatment is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and clients are encouraged to attend at least one individual session per week as well. While treatment length varies depending on the specific needs of the client, the facility encourages a minimum of two to three months. Reform utilizes a multifaceted treatment approach that integrates a number of therapeutic methods including the 12-step recovery model, experiential and holistic therapies like meditation, as well as psychoeducation. The facility teaches clients about the disease of chemical dependency and provides general life skills training about finances and communication.
The Reform team is comprised of licensed mental health professionals and certified addiction therapists.

Reform believes in the integral role that aftercare plays in the success of a successful long-term recovery. To this end, the facility offers a comprehensive aftercare program that focuses on relapse prevention. Reform offers a year of aftercare that involves the family for the added support and accountability that the client will likely need. If needed, the team will assist in finding sober living accommodations.
