The Basics
Based out of Tucson, Arizona, Reflection Family Services, Inc. is a small, outpatient-based facility that provides flexible treatment for alcohol and drug addiction. Both standard and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) options are available for court-ordered and self-referred clients alike.
Treatment and Staff
Before beginning a program, all clients go through an initial intake and assessment to help staff members develop their individualized treatment plans. While standard outpatient treatment is more flexible, the IOP consists of two to three sessions a week for two hours per session. In either case, both programs include individual and group therapy rooted in evidence-based practices including CBT. Duration of treatment is dependent on the specifics of each client’s plan.
As a supplement to psychotherapy, clients are also expected to do therapeutic journaling and work a 12-step program. Reflections does not offer detox or dual diagnosis support.
The staff at Reflection Family Services consists of Master’s-level CSACs and LCSWs.
Extras
Additional services include a 10-session juvenile treatment track designed to decrease criminal behavior. It is broken into three stages; including addiction education and intervention, anger management and lifestyle choices. Reflections also offers DUI/DWI classes, parenting courses and therapy for domestic violence.
