The program also offers an introduction to 12-step principles and counselors typically recommend clients attend outside AA/NA meetings while in treatment. Additional psychiatric support for clients with a dual diagnosis is also available. The exact length and intensity of the program varies as it is based on the counselor’s assessment of the client’s need.
The staff at Recovery Services consists of MFTs, MSWs and LPCs.
Extras
Additional services include individual marriage and family therapy. These meetings consist of the client, counselor and family members discussing addiction and co-dependency. Each client must consent before these sessions can be facilitated. The organization also has programs that cater to court-ordered clients, including DUI and anger management programs.
