Located in the prosperous Southern California region of Orange County, Phoenix Rising is an outpatient treatment facility that specializes in the care of clients struggling with alcohol, substance use disorders and “surface” addictions. A personalized treatment strategy is designed based off this assessment. Phoenix Rising provides individualized IOP as well as flexible day and evening outpatient treatment options that are ideal for clients that require therapy while working or going to school.
The team here seeks to go beyond merely treating symptoms by healing the root, underlying causes of the client’s addiction. To this end, it employs a multi-faceted treatment approach that integrates a wide range of therapeutic methods. These include comprehensive assessments, the 12-step method, holistic practices, medication management, life skills training and case management as well as individual, group and family therapy rooted in evidence-based therapies. Clients engage in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and EMDR to treat past trauma as a causal component of current conditions. In addition, Phoenix utilizes meditation and cutting edge methods like neurofeedback to teach individuals how to control otherwise involuntary body functions.
The Phoenix Rising team is comprised of Master’s-level counselors, PsyD-level therapists, addiction specialists and a medical director. Medication management is available for clients in need of dual diagnosis support.

In addition, to comprehensive treatment, Phoenix Rising offers a long-term aftercare program through Phaite Behavioral Health. Like the IOP and outpatient curriculums, aftercare offers medication management and therapy options.
