The facility has a total of 17 beds in residential accommodations with shared rooms. While the majority of bedrooms have two beds each, there is also a three-person room available. Residents generally stay for six to 10 months, though they may live at the house for up to a year. Since the property is owned by Franklin County Housing Authority, sex offenders, arsonists or men with a history of assault are not eligible.
