Therapeutic methods include CBT, EMDR, AA or NA programming, Motivational Interviewing (MI), relapse prevention and coping skill techniques. Holistic approaches include acupuncture, meditation and equine therapy. For clients who enter into treatment with co-occurring disorders, there are medication management services offered.
The staff at Options offers a variety of specialties in the addiction and recovery field. The multi-disciplinary includes Master’s-level addiction therapists, medical doctors, LADCs, psychologists and peer support staff. A majority of the staff are in sobriety themselves and provide supportive and encouraging care for all of their clients.

Clients enjoy recreational activities like hiking and biking the facility grounds, weekly instructor-led yoga, or relaxation through massage therapy and Reiki.
There is a family program at Options that includes therapeutic activities and counseling services. Also an unlimited aftercare program includes eight individual therapy sessions in the client’s community and weekly follow up phone calls from staff for as long as the client desires.
