The North American Indian Alliance (NAIA) Chemical Dependency Program in Butte, Montana offers an outpatient treatment program that specializes in substance abuse. Instead, counselors interact with clients during individual counseling sessions at least once a week and focus on the practical—work, interpersonal relationships and developing parenting skills. Clients are encouraged to attend 12-step meetings for additional support, though it is not required to complete the program.
The staff includes a health coordinator CADCs and volunteers.
Extras
NAIA provides aftercare services for clients who have been through its outpatient program. Counseling is also available for outside issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder, partner violence and domestic violence.
Services are available for the hearing-impaired.
