Rules and Regulations
Nautilus Recovery Centers are more hands-on with clients than many sober living homes but follow many of the same rules and traditions. Like any other sober living, all residents are required to obey house behavioral contracts, remain sober, submit to regular and random drug testing and remain in good standing with the others in the home. There’s also the requirement that all clients stay busy by either working, volunteering, attending outpatient care or going to school.
Additionally, all residents also go through an all-encompassing health and wellness program which includes rigorous daily fitness groups, yoga, weightlifting, mindfulness training, meditation and 12-step participation. Other services include nutritional counseling, meal planning and flexible case management.

Other bonuses of the home include an on-site jacuzzi which clients are free to use. The house managers also plan sober outings from time to time for other residents. The program is also sensitive to the needs of LGBTQ clients. Finally, the home is also conveniently located near many restaurants, public transit and potential job opportunities. Lengths of stay are flexible as well.
