Myrover Reese Quality Road is behavioral health treatment and wellness facility that offers a variety of substance abuse programs and mental health services. Located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, MQRD offers both outpatient and residential substance abuse treatment programs and is also a part of a wide network of behavioral health facilities under The Care Centers umbrella that includes senior care, nursing care and community resources.
Food and Accommodations
The accommodations at Myrover Reese are dormitory-style with clients sharing a double-occupancy room with one other client and communal bathrooms with the larger group. There is a recreation room with cable TV, computers, games and lounging areas. There is also a living room, separate rooms for meetings and a fully equipped kitchen. Meals are provided three times a day cafeteria-style and include healthy options such as a vegetable dish, meat or fish and some type of pasta or bread.
Treatment and Staff
Initial evaluations and assessments are done to help develop individualized treatment. Programs are 30 days in duration and follow the 12-step model of recovery. Both the residential and outpatient tracks follow the same treatment plans and consist of daily group and individual therapy sessions, relapse prevention education, health education, nutrition classes, HIV/AIDS education and medication management.
Staff is available 24/7 and can provide mental health referrals for those with co-occurring disorders. Family counseling and educational courses are also provided. The staff at Myrover Reese consists of CADCs.

In addition to the substance abuse treatment programs, Myrover Reese also offers a variety of other behavioral and mental health services including child and adolescent services, help with housing, general wellness, psychiatric services, medical care, a pharmacy and a clinic. Transitional living services are also available for those seeking support between residential treatment and independent living.
Specialized services for military veterans, seniors and sexual abuse survivors are available. Staff also assist clients in developing aftercare plans to sustain recovery.
