The Basics

Webber believes that substituting substance use with an activity that builds self-esteem is an essential step on the road to recovery. Through journaling and other homework exercises, she helps clients discover which activities and goals are likely to motivate them to learn the skills necessary for lasting sobriety.

Webber provides coordinated care with clients’ psychiatrists and case managers. She maintains relationships with several outpatient and inpatient programs in southern California and Connecticut and provides referrals when a higher level of care is required. Webber has additional expertise treating LGBTQ clients and clients with HIV/AIDS.
