The Basics
Based out of Miami, Florida, Miami Psychology Group is a loose affiliation of behavioral health practitioners who provide outpatient-based treatment programs to clients struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Although 12-step participation is not always required, it may be recommended depending on the client.
The staff at Miami Group consists of Orlandini herself along with several other PhD-level clinical psychologists with various specializations including focuses on mood and eating disorders.

Other services include standalone psychological and academic testing, support for LGBTQ issues, family therapy, couples therapy, support for eating disorders and grief-related counseling as well. More general education courses are also available as are professional development services, child care, life coaching and litigation support. Those who complete a primary care regimen can also step down the intensity of their program as a form of aftercare.
