Treatment at Raincross consists of structured programming days of group therapy, exercise, AA meetings and Big Book study. Programming addresses gender-specific issues of self esteem or peer pressure. The women work on relapse prevention techniques and coping skills, and have life skills training classes, like cooking and money management, and anger management. Clients can expect both individual and group therapy rooted in evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed care practices. Treatment at Raincross is usually 30 days, though depending on insurance can be shorter, or in some cases can last up to 90 days.
A typical day at Raincross usually includes an early morning wake up, meditation, activities, group therapy and some time for personal assignments and reflection. Programming is seven days a week, though there is definitely time for relaxation and fun within the schedule.
Raincross has the unique feature of having its own medical facility on site in the administration building, which makes it simple for clients to take care of any medical concerns during their treatment. There are medication management services for co-occurring disorders.
MFI Recovery has a large staff of medical professionals, like physicians and nurses, CSACs and LMFTs. There are also a number of support staff members who are essential to the coordination of clients services.
Extras
