Accommodations and Amenities
The Meridians Recovery facility is a seven-bed, residential home that is shared amongst its different programs. Clients live in both private and shared bedrooms with twin beds, dressers and closet space. The home is equipped with standard amenities, including common areas with cable TV, on-site laundry, a dining room and a full kitchen where residents are expected to prepare their own meals.
Rules and Regulations
Residents are expected to submit to regular and random drug tests and attend 12-step or SMART Recovery meetings. Client are also required to follow a basic house behavioral contract and seek employment in the local community. While the main sober living program is relatively hands-off, the facility also offers a level with increased supervision and additional services; including case management, medication management and psychoeducational groups.
Extras
Additional services include residential treatment for clients in need of even more intensive care. This program is called First Steps and is housed in the same facility. While Meridians Recovery doesn’t offer aftercare, referrals for outside programs are available.
