The Basics
KV Consultants and Associates is a private practice facility located in Fayetteville, North Carolina that works with clients to address substance and alcohol abuse through a weekly outpatient program. The short-term program allows adolescent and adult clients to attend up to 40 hours of treatment. Though a primary focus of this facility is treating individuals currently serving in the military, all are welcome and the cost of treatment is offered at a sliding fee or through insurance.
Treatment and Staff
Treatment starts with an assessment from a staff member. If a potential client needs to detox from drugs and alcohol or needs the care of an inpatient facility, referrals are available to nearby programs. Those ready to begin outpatient treatment are given an individualized treatment plan which includes a combination of individual and group therapy. All treatment is tailored to the individual and modalities utilized differ from person to person.
KV Consultants staff includes one psychiatrist, nine LPCs and three administrators.
Extras
KV Consultants works closely with clients who have DUI offenses. The program is state approved to work directly with the courts and attorneys to fulfill requirements. The DUI program also provides therapy to ensure that the root causes of the offender’s decisions to drink and drive are addressed. Drug screening is also offered if applicable.
