Rules and Regulations
Residents at Jay’s Sober Living are expected to attend a minimum of five 12-step meetings per week. They are also required to make their beds daily, cook their own meals, and help out the community by participating in communal chores. All four houses are managed by a house manager, from whom residents are expected to take direction. A curfew is enforced for all residents as well. Jay’s Sober Living House is a community based on moving forward constructively, and residents are expected to be committed to working toward their professional and/or educational goals.
The staff at Jay’s Sober Living expects at least a month long commitment, and monthly rent is expected to be paid on time. Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited at Jay’s Sober Living, and any resident who is caught using or drinking will be immediately asked to leave.

In addition to a generously stocked kitchen, all cooking areas are equipped with the basic kitchen tools and utilities needed for preparing meals.
