Located in Bangkok, Thailand, Inspire Rehab Thailand is a residential treatment program that provides flexible and individualized treatment services for clients struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Accommodations and Food
Inspire Rehab Thailand is an intimate program that can host a total of eight residents at any given time. While the accommodations are comfortable and pleasant, the facility is a relatively straightforward residential home rather than a luxury getaway. All bedrooms are private and spacious, each with a full bed, dressers, couches and basic decorations.
There are a number of athletic facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a basketball court. The home also includes common living areas with cable TV and WiFi, couches and a kitchen and dining room area. Throughout their stay, residents eat three meals a day catered from HealthBox, a gourmet meal delivery service. Still, there are also on-site chefs who can prepare Thai and American cuisine.
Treatment and Staff
Upon intake, all clients go through an initial assessment and medication evaluation to help the staff determine each resident’s needs. The facility does not offer on-site medical stabilization or detox services—those in need can get referrals as needed. Once stabilized, residents begin attend personalized plans which come complete with both group and individual therapy with evidence-based care practices including CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In addition to these methods, the organization also uses both 12-step recovery principles and SMART Recovery as clients see fit. Though no two programs are exactly alike, group sessions cover topics like trigger identification, relapse prevention, self-esteem and other topics. Basic dual diagnosis support and medication management services are offered as well (though clients in need of more extensive care may need to seek additional support).
The staff at Inspire Rehab Thailand consists of LPCs, CADCs, LCSWs, psychiatric nurses, psychologists, personal trainers and additional Master’s and PhD-level clinicians.

Additionally, residents can round out their treatment plans with host of holistic care options including exercise classes, meditation, yoga and mindfulness training (though these are optional and may cost an additional fee). Inspire Rehab Thailand also offers outpatient plans and can place alums in nearby halfway houses once they complete primary care as necessary.
