Residents are also expected to remain active in a 12-step program.
Other groups include holistic care methods including meditation, mindfulness training and exercise classes. Topics covered include relapse prevention, addiction education and stress management, with dual diagnosis support and medication management services also available. In general, PHP lasts for 30 to 45 days with 20 to 30 hours of counseling a week.
The staff at Hope and Grace Recovery Center consists of Certified Addiction Professionals (CAPs), LMSWs, case managers, RNs, LCSWs, psychologists and additional Master’s-level clinicians.
