The most flexible is standard outpatient care, which meets at least once a week and can be made to fit any schedule.
In all the above, programs include individual and group therapy with evidence-based treatment practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to these approaches, all clients are also required to attend regular 12-step groups and work the steps. Additional groups focus on holistic care methods such as mindfulness, meditation and physical activity. Other topics covered include relapse prevention, stress management and addiction education. Dual diagnosis support is available as well.
The staff at Hope and Grace Recovery Center consists of Certified Addiction Professionals (CAPs), LMSWs, case managers, RNs, LCSWs, psychologists and additional Master’s-level clinicians.

Other specialized services include biofeedback and massage therapy. Program participants can also attend extracurricular activities such as fishing trips, beach days, holiday cookouts and alumni groups. As mentioned, the organization also provides a PHP option which functions similarly to residential treatment.
