The Trinity Center treatment model is integrative, including an array of therapeutic methods such as 12-step, individual and group therapy, holistic practices and medication management for clients in need of dual diagnosis support. The facility is conveniently located right off the 375 interstate and Alameda Avenue.
Treatment and Staff
Before beginning treatment, clients go through a pre-screening over the telephone so the treatment team can gather medical and psychological details, familial and a complete demographics and substance use history. The Trinity Center team uses this information to determine the best possible personalized treatment plan customized to meet the unique needs of the individual client. While many clients step down from the Trinity Center residential phase, the outpatient program is also ideal for individuals that need a consistent, therapeutic structure but either cannot commit to or do not need an inpatient program. With the flexible nature of outpatient services, clients are able to receive care while working or going to school.
The Trinity Center believes in healing the root, underlying cause of a client’s condition. To this end, the facility provides an integrative approach to care that synchronizes a number of therapeutic methods including evidence-based practices, 12-step meetings, life skills training, skill groups, holistic models, medication management and individual and group therapy. Clients engage in therapy rooted in CBT, relapse prevention courses, stress and anger management classes, meditation and recreational activities. The Trinity Center also hosts regular 12-step meetings through NA and AA.
The Trinity Center team is comprised of counselors, therapists, MDs, a psychiatrist and a nursing team. Clients with co-occurring mental health conditions like anxiety and trauma receive medication management.
As a non-profit organization, Homeward Bound can work with individuals that cannot afford treatment. Through government funding, clients are able to go through therapy without paying out-of-pocket fees.
