Accommodations and Amenities
Firebird is a 4,400 square foot multistory home, which can accommodate eight residents at a time. Both private and shared bedrooms are available with full beds, dressers and closet space. Each day begins with a morning meditation and chores while evenings end with staff check-ins. In addition to work or school, residents are required to attend regular on-site 12-step meetings as well as rotating recreational activity groups. The on-site staff also includes CSACs and life coaches who provide guidance to residents throughout their stay.

The program includes innovative recreational and vocational mindfulness sessions. Other groups may focus on relapse prevention topics or on other work-oriented skills including micro-entrepreneurship training. The organization also provides a sophisticated aftercare program which includes family therapy, sobriety coaching and visits back to the house for a weekly fee for up to three months.
