Fire Sky Ranch Outpatient Review

Treatment and Staff
Before treatment begins, clients go through an intake and assessment process to help staff members develop their individualized treatment plans. IOP meets a minimum of three times a week for approximately three hours per session. Treatment includes individual and group therapy with evidence-based practices including CBT and DBT. In addition to the standard clinical approaches, the organization also uses mindfulness training and 12-step principles to help clients recover. Dual diagnosis support including medication management is available as well.
The staff at Fire Sky Outpatient Center consists of LMFTs, psychologists, CADCs, RNs, LPCs and additional Master’s-level clinicians.

The men in Fire Sky IOP are provided with placement in one of three sober living apartments in the area with a combined 16 beds. Clients share bedrooms and bathrooms with one other person. These units each include a kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bedroom. Residents must purchase their own food and prepare their own meals. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments and on the entire premises.
Residents are also required to attend and participate in other recovery supports such as 12-step meetings and aftercare. It is an expectation of the program that clients actively participate in activities and stay focused on their ongoing recovery goals, which include obtaining permanent housing.
