Enso Behavioral Health Review
Based out of Tampa, Florida, Enso Behavioral Health is a multi-faceted behavioral health organization that provides flexible counseling and treatment programs for clients struggling with moderate mental health issues. All programs are individualized and encompass a wide range of modalities. The program does not include medical care, however; as a result, those with more severe health issues may need to seek additional support.
Treatment and Staff
Before beginning a program, all clients go through an initial intake and assessment process to help staff members develop their care plans. Though on-site detox services are not available, those in need can get referrals to nearby programs. Once stabilized, participants attend individual and group therapy sessions with evidence-based treatment practices including CBT and DBT. Trauma-informed care and basic dual diagnosis support is also available, including medication management. Counseling is available for addiction and substance abuse in addition to anxiety and depression, though 12-step participation is not always required.
The staff at Enso Behavioral Health is lead by Angie Speller, an LMHC, with several Master’s-level support staff also on-site.

The curriculum also features a number of holistic therapies including exercise classes, meditation, mindfulness training, yoga and even hypnosis in certain cases.
As mentioned, all plans are individualized and discounted rates are available for those who buy sessions in bulk. Those who finish treatment can also work with the staff to develop stepped down aftercare plans as necessary, or to get referrals to other programs.

Treatment includes evidence-based care, holistic therapy and other life-skills oriented classes to provide clients with a full suite of tools to help them recover.
