Emily Wish LLC Review
Located in Great Falls, Montana, Emily Wish LLC is a small behavioral health clinic focused on treating clients with eating disorders and related behavioral health issues. Treatment and Staff
Before beginning care, all clients go through an initial assessment and consultation process to determine their needs. As an outpatient-only program, medical detox and stabilization services are not available but referrals are available upon request. Though each plan is different, the facility offers several different options including an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). IOP typically serves as a step-down from residential or inpatient programs, meeting for nine hours of therapy a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 7 pm. In addition to this structured track, more flexible individual, group and family therapy options are also available.
Treatment consists of evidence-based treatment practices including CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and exposure therapy. The organization also offers a therapeutic meal support program, which offers supervised eating and other exposure-related treatments for those who need them. While 12-step recovery is not a required part of these programs, referrals to nearby meetings are available upon request. Similarly, basic dual diagnosis support is available but clients with more intensive psychiatric or medical needs should seek additional help elsewhere.
The staff at Emily Wish LLC consists of LCPCs, LCSWs, dietitians, nutritionists and additional Master’s-level clinicians.

As mentioned, all these programs are individualized and can be made to fit many different schedules. Treatment plans are available for adults and adolescents alike. Finally, those who complete one of the above care plans can work with staff members to develop step-down aftercare plans.
