DeCoach Rehabilitation Center Review
Located in the Cincinnati suburb of Fairfield, Ohio, DeCoach Rehabilitation Center provides flexible outpatient treatment for individuals struggling with substance abuse and chemical dependency. Though Decoach primarily facilitates Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), a structured therapy program is also offered.
Treatment and Staff
Clients go through an initial assessment to help staff determine their unique needs and potential length of treatment. It’s a relatively intensive initial meeting that includes labs and blood testing. All clients must be 18 years or older to participate and generally show up already in withdrawal.
Treatment plans generally consist entirely of medically supervised Vivitrol or Suboxone administration as well as individual therapy rooted in evidence-based practices including CBT and DBT. While clients are not strictly required to attend 12-step meetings, anyone court-ordered to attend may have to as part of their stipulations. As the program offered is relatively basic, those in need of dual diagnosis support may need to seek additional help outside of this facility.
The staff at DeCoach Rehabilitation Center consists of RNs, contracted physicians and state-licensed therapists.
