Crystal Skies Counseling Review

Beyond these, however, a host of holistic services are also available including art therapy and mindfulness training. Other special programs include Seeking Safety for those dealing with trauma along with play and sand play therapy for children. While 12-step participation is not required in these programs, those dealing with substance abuse may be encouraged to attend local meetings. Similarly, although basic dual diagnosis support for issues of depression and anxiety may be offered, those with more severe issues may need to seek help elsewhere.

Vicars also specifically specializes in early childhood issues and can bring that experience to family therapy sessions. Once participants complete a primary care regimen, they can also work with her to develop step-down aftercare and discharge plans whenever necessary.
