ComPsych Rehab and Cocaine Treatment Coverage

ComPsych Rehab and Cocaine Treatment Coverage

A full 7.5 million of American young adults between the ages of 15 and 34 admitted to having used cocaine at least once in their lives. Second only to marijuana, cocaine is one of the most commonly used illegal drugs in the United States. If you or someone you love is addicted to this drug, rehab and detox is an important part of the healing process. For those with ComPsych coverage through their employers, some coverage for detox and rehab may be available. Understanding the extent of your coverage will help you seek the help you need.

ComPsych Cocaine Treatment Coverage

ComPsych offers a managed behavioral health program that can be tailored to the specific needs of each individual. This means your insurance coverage will be built to your specific needs. Under ComPsych’s philosophy, behavioral therapy, which includes cocaine treatment, is a workplace necessity. Since ComPsych focuses entirely on the needs of the professional marketplace, coverage for cocaine treatment is not difficult to get.

ComPsych cocaine treatment coverage is offered on an 80/20 basis. This means you will have coverage for 80 percent of the treatment you receive from an in-network provider, and you will be responsible for 20 percent of the cost. In addition, ComPsych may offer coverage for other costs, like:

  • Childcare
  • Legal advice
  • Education

For individuals who need these benefits to get back into the workplace effectively after addiction, the tailored ComPsych insurance package can include coverage. Keep in mind, however, that ComPsych will not cover luxury rehab and residential treatment. If you feel that this is the type of treatment you need, you will need to arrange payment through the treatment facility.

ComPsych Cocaine Treatment Coverage Counseling

In order to create an individualized treatment plan, ComPsych requires you to complete a series of free counseling sessions with a ComPsych counselor. This will determine what type and length of recovery you need to have a successful rehab.

Length of Time for ComPsych Cocaine Treatment Coverage

Your counselor will determine how long your treatment should be, but in general inpatient treatment will be approved for 180 days per calendar year. Outpatient treatment will be handled on a maximum cost basis, rather than a length basis. If your treatment facility charges more than ComPsych will pay, you may need to pay out of pocket for the remainder.
