Complete Harmony Review
Located in San Juan Capistrano, California, Complete Harmony is a CARF-accredited rehab with treatment services for men and women struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Treatment and Staff
Before beginning treatment, all clients go through an intake and assessment process to help staff members develop their care plans. Medical detox services are available on-site whenever necessary. While the specifics may vary on a case-by-case basis, the core of each plan consists of individual and group therapy with CBT and DBT, along with dual diagnosis support and medication management. Still, the program truly shines through its wide range of holistic treatment options, among them yoga, mind-body exercises, meditation, mindfulness training and nutritional counseling. Groups cover many different topics such as trauma processing, gender-specific issues, psychoeducation and life skills. While 12-step may be used as part of the curriculum, the program is also open to using teachings from SMART Recovery as well.
The staff at Complete Harmony consists of RNs, LMFTs, CADCs, psychiatrists, LCSWs, spiritual coaches, case managers and additional Master’s and PhD-level clinicians.

Other alternative and holistic care methods are also available including acupuncture, massage therapy and chiropractics. As mentioned, Complete Harmony also offers more flexible outpatient services in addition to its more intensive residential program. Those who complete primary care can also work with staff members to develop step-down aftercare plans as necessary.
