Located in the largest city in Idaho, Club, Inc. has been providing behavioral health services to the Idaho Falls community since 1988. Club offers a wide range of outpatient treatment options for clients dealing with addiction, mental illness, co-occurring disorders and homelessness.
Treatment and Staff
Club provides three levels of substance abuse treatment for their clients; an educational group, outpatient care, and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The educational group is intended for individuals facing DUI charges who are court-ordered to take a class.
The traditional outpatient program and IOP follow the matrix model of treatment. Both programs start with an initial comprehensive diagnostic assessment and each client develops an individualized treatment plan with their counselor to determine which therapies in the matrix model will be most beneficial for their specific needs. Both programs entail individual and group therapy, relapse prevention training, CBT and DBT as well as dual diagnosis treatment as needed. The two programs differ in the number of hours the clients spend in individual counseling per week; traditional outpatient care typically involves eight hours or less per week, while IOP is nine hours or more. The outpatient program is intended for clients who have completed inpatient treatment or IOP and are ready to step down, while continuing their recovery.
The staff at Club consists of LCSWs, LPCs, LMSWs, and CADCs.
Extras
In addition to their extensive treatment programs, Club also offers a variety of services to clients and the Idaho Falls community including mental health evaluations, referrals and crisis intervention. Club also provides safe place housing for the homeless—both emergency housing for up to 60 days and permanent housing for those who are chronically homeless.
In Summary
Club provides a wide range of treatment options and services to their clients by a team of trained professionals. While those looking for a 12-step based rehab will want to seek an alternative, this is an excellent choice for DUI clients or those looking for an affordable all-around treatment program with no frills and a strict structure.
